Sky Management's latest club project, The O1NE, will open in December on the Beirut Waterfront, near BIEL. <br /><br />Sky Management, chaired by businessman Chafic El Khazen, is known for its iconic open-air nightclub Sky Bar. While the Sky Bar only opens in summer, The O1NE is an indoor venue that opens from November to May. <br /><br />Designed by Sari El Khazen, The O1NE boasts a 2,500 square meters exterior façade with artwork from 16 international graffiti artists. It features 360-projection and 3D mapping, with an indoor ceiling height of 18 m. The O1NE can host over 1,000 people and also serves dinner. Investment in the venue was not disclosed.<br /><br />Stephanie Abi Raad, Assistant Marketing Manager, said The O1NE will offer a unique clubbing experience for their clientele in the colder seasons. It will also host private functions and international performances.<br /><br />According to Abi Raad, Sky Management will take the Lebanese clubbing lifestyle to the UAE. Another ‘The O1NE' is expected in Yas Island - Abu Dhabi by end-October. The Emirati outlet will have the same dimensions, style, trend, and experience as the local one.
