MEA to buy 10 new Airbus planes

Middle East Airlines (MEA) has signed an agreement with Airbus to buy ten new passenger planes. The national carrier has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for ten A320neo aircrafts."Adding the A320neo allows to benefit from a 15 percent fuel saving and cost effectiveness," said Mohamad El Hout, Chairman of MEA.
