Le Six Hotel under construction

40 keys on the Thoum shores

Le Six Hotel, a 40-room boutique hotel, is under construction in Thoum, along the Batroun shores. It will be ready by the summer of 2016.

Owner and developer Maroun Chaccour, is building the hotel on a 2,300 square meter plot. It will encompass six floors, four aboveground, three restaurants, a pool, a gym, and a beauty center. Chaccour said restaurant brands could include Leila, Duo, or others.

“Batroun’s coastal line is thriving especially with destinations such as Pierre & Friends and Bonita Bay. We believe our concept will be an attraction,” he said.

Investment in the project is $4 million, except the land price, which is around $2 million. AM Studio is the designer of the property, which will be either three or four stars.
