Bader Young Entrepreneurs Program and Bank Audi announced that they have signed a five-year exclusive agreement on September 12, 2011.

“Bank Audi will be the exclusive bank sponsor of Bader and will be involved in major financial activities under a productive and mutually beneficial exclusive collaboration,” a press statement said.

The Managing Director of Bader, Antoine Abou Samra said that the agreement would be beneficial to Bader, Bank Audi, and the entrepreneurs. “Before the agreement Bader didn’t have any preferred bank, now we will refer entrepreneurs seeking funding to Bank Audi,” he said. He said that Bader will help entrepreneurs get loans to fund their projects from Audi Bank with the guarantee of government-subsidized program ‘Kafalat’.

Abou Samra said that through the new agreement, Bader would also work to improve communication between the Bank and entrepreneurs. “We will conduct training workshops for Bank Audi officers who are in contact with entrepreneurs in order to bridge the gap between both sides,” he said.

Abou Samra said that Bader and Bank Audi are seeking future programs through which they could make “more interesting proposals” to Lebanese entrepreneurs.
