HOREMA obtains diner franchise
Hospitality firm signs agreement with Jumeirah Group to open The Noodle House in Beirut

Hotels and Restaurants Management Group (HOREMA) has signed a license agreement with Dubai-based Jumeirah Restaurants to launch its South-East Asian restaurant brand ‘The Noodle House’ in Lebanon.

Jumeirah Restaurants is the dedicated branded restaurant division within Jumeirah Group tasked to set up and license casual dining restaurant concepts to partners worldwide.

The first Noodle House outlet is expected to open in Beirut during 2012.

HOREMA is a Lebanon-based hospitality management firm. Its services are targeted to managing hotels, restaurants, malls, and other establishments related to the hospitality industries in the Middle East and Africa. HOREMA is owned by the Kaddoura family, former owners of the Coral Beach Hotel.

In 2008, the Premier Leisure Holding - Boubess Group, signed a license agreement with Jumeirah Group to introduce The Noodle House brand to the country.
