The ministry said that owners should provide emergency exit and fire extinguishers in their facilities, secure basic hygiene requirements such as clean water, disallow the entrance of minors under 18, and refrain from serving alcohol in small areas.

In addition, the ministry said that owners should abide by fixed pricing standards, provide sound insulators, keep low music sounds, and abstain from using loud speakers in narrow areas.

The Ministry said that the execution of the new measures will kick off starting next week.

Owners who infringe the implementation of the new procedures after a three month period will be approached by legal means, the ministry said.
