Byblos opens e-BRANCH
Byblos Bank launches first electronic branch in its Ashrafieh headquarters

Byblos Bank announced that it has launched its first electronic branch at its headquarters in Ashrafieh.

The bank said that its ‘e-BRANCH’, first of its kind in the country, will be accessible to clients 24 hours a day.

The electronic branch allows cash, check, and envelope deposits in local currency and US dollars. It also allows clients to make cash withdrawals in lira, dollars, and Euro.

Byblos Bank said that the e-BRANCH services are accessible through Visa Debit, Credit, or Charge Cards. The services will be free of charge to Byblos’ clients.

Byblos Bank said that it is planning to expand its e-BRANCH network in several regions over the coming few months.
Byblos Bank group’s total assets reached $16.7 billion at end-September 2011, a rise of around nine percent from the end of 2010. The group declared consolidated net profits of $128 million in the first nine months of the year, up by around six percent from the same period of last year.
