High-tech communication platform for banking services by Bank Audi
Bank Audi launched the pilot edition of its latest interactive customer-service platform, Novo.
The first smart kiosk was set up at City Mall in Dora.
Bank Audi’s Chairman and General Manager Raymond Audi said that Novo was designed by the bank to offer its clients the chance to experience interactive banking solutions.
He said that Novo is only the beginning of a series of virtual smart kiosks which will be introduced at the bank’s stations across the country.
The Novo kiosk consists of two outside interactive key stations and two ATM machines enabling visitors to deposit money and cheques. It also includes a private room for ensuring confidentiality in information exchange where clients can connect with the bank’s staff via video conference.
