The Minister said that “ruling out national factories from public bids is a violation for international laws.”

He asked industrialists who face such a situation to report it to the Ministry which will act accordingly.

Daddayan said he supports giving incentives for plants to execute merger plans . He said mergers between national factories bars the establishment of major industrial groups.
