George Chehwan, Plus Properties CEO, said that the project comes “to meet requirements of the market and cater to the real-estate boom in Metn.”

Pine Heights spreads on an area of 9,000 square meters, and comprises of nine story buildings, and 175 to 803 square meter- apartments.

Chehwan said that the company “will provide facilitated payment terms for its clients that extend up to 20 years.” 

Launched in Dubai in 2007, Plus Properties has developed various residential and commercial projects in the UAE, and Lebanon including the Verdun and Ashrafieh Towers in Beirut, the Blue Dolphin and Sky Gardens projects in Abu Dhabi, the Pixel Tower in Dubai, and the Starco Center in Ajman.
