Boutchay Hills includes 51 buildings, with 550 apartments of various sizes ranging from 80 to 300 square meters. Apartment prices start at $110,000.

The project will be implemented over three phases. The first phase, which will see the delivery of six buildings, will be concluded in 2014. 

The project also includes a commercial area, with a pharmacy, a kindergarten, 7,000 square meters of green spaces, and a recreational park. The project’s total build-up area is around 164,000 square meters. 

ESLA is offering its clients financial facilities to purchase housing units at the Boutchay Hills off-plan. ESLA will allow its customers to pay monthly installations off the apartment’s price at zero interest for two years.
