Mega Lebanese development in Erbil
Hariri Construction undertakes $218 million residential project

Local firm Hariri Construction and Contracting Co (HARCO) is developing a major residential compound in Erbil, Kurdistan.

Dubbed ‘Lebanese Villages’, the project stretches over an area of 225,000 sqm.

The compound includes 140 villas and 55 residential buildings. It will also feature a mall and a number of restaurants.

The first phase will be delivered by late 2013. Investment in the project totaled $218 million.
HARCO is owned by Mustapha Hariri (general manager) and Mahmoud Hariri (managing partner).
