Café Younes franchise to open in Dubai
Coffee house to open sixth local branch in Jbeil this August

Café Younes is exproting its franchise to the UAE, with an outlet expected to open in Dubai by early 2013.

The “real coffee shop” concept is popular and rare in the region, said Amin Younes, managing partner at Café Younes.

The cafe will also open a new local outlet in Jbeil this August. “The new branch, with a 300-seat capacity, will open near the LAU's Jbeil campus,” said Younes. Total investment in the new branch came to $300,000. The management said its very optimistic about the anticipated turnover.

Established in Lebanon in 1935 as a retailer of roasted coffee beans, Café Younes introduced opened its first coffee shop in 2008, and now has a network of five coffee shops, two of them in Hamra, while the other three are in Sodeco, Aley, and Abdel Aziz.
