Solidere calls for ordinary assembly on July 30

Solidere has invited its shareholders to hold an ordinary general assembly on July 30, 9:30 am at BIEL. Solidere’s shareholders were supposed to convene an ordinary assembly today (June 28), but the session was cancelled due to lack of quorum. The general assembly will be discussing the company’s 2011 financial results.
