Bank Audi calls shareholders for extraordinary meeting

Bank Audi – Audi Saradar Group has invited all holders of common shares to attend an extraordinary general meeting on October 15 at 10:30 a.m., at the Bank’s Head Office.
The meeting intends to verify the completion of the procedures for increasing the bank’s capital.
