New smartphone app by Rotana for booking hotels

Rotana hospitality management has launched a new mobile app to enable smartphone users to browse and book online from 44 Rotana hotels online across 26 cities in the Middle East and Africa, including its managed properties in Beirut.

Guests can check room availability, menus, leisure and entertainment facilities, and meetings and conferences schedules, as well as make real-time bookings. Rotana offers video-enabled customer service through a mobile app live via voice, video, WiFi, or 3G connection.

The Rotana Mobile App is currently available in English and French.
