AUB collects $25 million for scholarships

The American University of Beirut (AUB) has gathered $25.5 million for financial aid over the course of three years. The amount will be allocated for scholarships at the university, thus attracting more students.

Peter Dorman, AUB Chairman said: “Five contributors have donated about $5 million to support the initiative since 2009.”

The number of contributors in the campaign reached 4,386, including organizations, companies, and institutions from 41 countries worldwide.
