New real estate association

Real estate developers established a new association: The Real Estate Developers Association Lebanon (REDAL). The association aims to follow up on the sector’s demands and will suggest modifications pertaining to construction laws, zoning, taxes, and fees.

The REDAL’s founders include Majid Al-Futtaim Properties Management Services, FFA Real Estate, Plus Properties, Prime Consult represented by Masaad Fares, Estates Development Services, Highland, Har Properties, and Trillium Development Group. Fares will represent the association before the government.

The REDAL should elect an administrative board within a year from its establishment.
