Regional hotel management chain Rotana will be launching its operations in Istanbul through two new hotels, Tango Arjaan and Burgu Arjaan. Rotana will manage the two hotels for Turkish group Dap-Yapi.

The Rotana Hotel Management Corporation is a partnership between Nasser Al Nowais from the United Arab Emirates, and Selim El Zyr, a Lebanese businessman who is also the director of the company.

The Burgu Arjaan, divided into two connected towers, Burgu 1 and Burgu 2, will have a total of 222 rooms, while the Tango Arjaan will have 188 rooms.

Burgu Arjaan will host a business center, restaurant, health club, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and landscaped areas, as well as five meeting and conference rooms. The projects are located on Turkey’s longest coastal lane starting from Fener and ending at Tuzla, which makes them convenient for both leisure and work.
