Local real estate developers Atwi Group have finished the construction of their Camille Chamoun Boulevard Mall, ‘Atwi Mall’.

Nazem Atwi, co-owner of the company, said the mall is now ready to give out leases. “When we first decided to build the mall, we intended to manage it ourselves. However, later on, leasing seemed a more profitable option.”

The mall has a gross leasable area of 8,000 square meters, spread over five levels, and three underground floors. The parking spaces stretch over 1,800 square meters. “Investments in the project exceeded $20 million,” Atwi said.

“Camille Chamoun Boulevard is a very appealing real estate region, because it links the surrounding cities, additionally, the region is still in need of shopping centers,” Atwi said.

The mall owners are willing to lease retailers, restaurants, and other shops. “Leasing fees have not been set so far, and they will be assigned depending on the leased space and the category of the store.” He said the mall is flexible in terms of spaces.

Atwi Group was founded in 1986, and is co-owned by three brothers: Nazem, Mohamad, and Ali Atwi.
