Bank Audi summons extraordinary general assembly

The Board of Directors of Bank Audi– Audi Saradar Group has invited all holders of Common Shares to attend an Extraordinary General Meeting on June 21 at the bank’s Head Office in Bab Idriss.

The General assembly is expected to follow up on the increase of the bank’s capital through the issuance of 1,500,000 Series ‘G’ Preferred Shares and of 750,000 Series ‘H’ Preferred Shares.
