Air France-KLM has partnered with Banque Libano-Française (BLF) to launch a co-branded card granting additional facilities to travelers and cardholders.

The Air France-KLM card comes as a charge or revolving credit card, in Euro or US dollar currency. It confers the benefits of the ‘Flying Blue’ air miles program covering 1,000 destinations worldwide with 19 airline members of the SkyTeam alliance.

The Flying Blue program includes rewards such as tickets, class upgrades, and excess baggage.

This card is one of only two such products in the local market. It allows cardholders to accumulate a greater number of miles with every purchase.

In addition to 5,000 welcome bonus miles, cardholders can earn up to 1.5 miles for every $1 spent on the card, including Flying Blue non-airline partners such as hotels and car rental agencies.

“The co-branded card is a convenient payment solution that encourages card usage and makes business travel easier,” said Raya Nahas, Deputy General Manager at BLF.

Additional Flying Blue benefits include travel, purchase, and accident insurance, concierge services for hotel and restaurant bookings, and access to international airport lounges for the ‘Signature’ card.
