Swiss funds to rehabilitate 13 public schools in Akkar

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Swiss Embassy in Lebanon for the rehabilitation of 13 public schools in Akkar.

The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation will fund rehabilitation works in the concerned facilities that currently host Lebanese and Syrian students. Financial contributions will serve to provide potable water and improve hygienic conditions in the school buildings.
