A new mixed-use development will be inaugurated in Antelias by spring 2014. The project is owned by Hanna Abdel Ahad, an expatriate living in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The project’s name will be revealed at a later stage.

The Antelias project stretches over 9,000 square meters and comprises 45 one- or two-bedroom furnished apartments. It also contains a shopping center, a cinema, a gym, and a swimming pool. Total investment in the development reached $15 million.

Abdel Ahad owns several hospitality developments in the UAE, including the One To One hotel chain (in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain). He also owns a One To One hotel in Thailand and in his hometown of Dhour El Choueir.

Abdel Ahad is planning another hospitality development in the Kfarabida-Batroun area, but is still waiting for the authorization of the Ministry of Public Works. The new project will include another One To One resort with a hotel, restaurants, and bungalows. Total investment could reach $80 million.
