BLC Bank launches SME Academy
Offers technical trainings, workshops, programs

BLC Bank, in collaboration with the EXEED Executive Business Institute, has created the ‘SME Academy’ to help entrepreneurs and owners of small to medium enterprises (SMEs) manage and grow their businesses.

SMEs will have access to a range of technical trainings, workshops, and programs. The ‘SME Academy’ offers two main programs. ‘The Business Foundation Program’ will start in October 2013 and is meant for individuals with minimal business management experience. For $87 per month, clients can benefit from this program and receive free assessments exercises and mentorship sessions.

The second program, ‘The Mini-MBA Program’, targets individuals with sufficient business management experience. The program will cover seven business workshops for $102 per month. Clients will also receive free assessments exercises and coaching sessions.

BLC profits at end-June 2013 reached $17.472 million, up by 12.4 percent compared to June 2012.
