The Lancaster Plaza, formerly, the Royal Plaza Hotel, located in Raoucheh, has officially reopened. Lancaster Plaza is owned by Achour Holding, which owns and runs two other Lancaster establishments: Lancaster Suites and Lancaster Hotel.

The hotel has been through a renovation phase that added three new floors.

Majed Najjar, Group F&B Manager at Achour Holding, said that the Lancaster Plaza is now a 5-star hotel. It has been formerly a 4-A hotel. He said that they started a soft opening phase during the Adha holiday.

The building consists of 18 floors, 12 are above-ground, dedicated to rooms and restaurants. The hotel totals 151 rooms and suites. Underground floors contain kitchens, small banquets, and a parking area.

Lancaster Plaza includes three restaurants: ‘Daoud Basha’, a fine dining Lebanese restaurant with live entertainment shows.

‘Prime 18 Steak House,’ on the 18th floor, serves high-end steaks and includes a cigar lounge.

‘Fumé Bar’ serves fusion cuisine with shisha and has both indoor and outdoor spaces.

The hotel also offers a summer rooftop British pub with a pool, called ‘Lancs,’ and a lobby coffee and pastry shop.

The hotel has a large ballroom for ceremonies, and small conference rooms with up to 40-person capacity.
