Intramuro develops factories in Roumieh
Wood, metal, and furniture manufacturing facilities

Intramuro, an interior contracting company, aims to install new facilities and offices in Roumieh. Its headquarters will also move there, from Hamra. The new premises will comprise a wood and metal decorative factory, as well as a furniture manufacturing facility equipped with high-tech machines. The company started construction works which will be completed in October 2014.

The first phase of the construction will cover a total of 5,000 square meters. It will be expanded to 15,000 square meters in later phases. “This project will enable us to reduce costs, ensure better quality control, and provide faster delivery, as well as provide clients with superior services and pricing,” said Karim Majdalani, General Manager of Intramuro.

The cost of construction for the first phase is set to be around $2.8 million.

Intramuro was established in 2002 and it has an ISO certification and a Safety and Environmental Management System certification.

Intramuro serves clients in the local market, MENA and GCC regions as well as in Europe on projects covering residential, hospitality, commercial, corporate and public spaces. It is currently executing works on the Kempinski Summerland Hotel and Resort among other projects.
