Sayfco to build second tallest tower in Beirut

Sayfco Holding launched sales of its mixed-use project, FortyFour. The tower is located in Sin el-Fil, near the Saloumi roundabout.

The 44-floor tower, which is still in its licensing phase, offers offices and apartments for sale. Office units ranging from 50 to 150 square meters will be located between the 1st and 12th floor. Starting selling price is $2,900 per square meter. The price increases $65 per square meter for each floor up.

The ground floor will feature retail spaces, facing the boulevard. Sizes range between 60 and 166 square meters, with a starting selling price at $5,000 per square meter.

Apartment sizes go from 130 to 170 square meters. Prices start at $2,500 per square meter and increase $35 for each floor up. An outdoor pool will be suspended on the 14th floor with equipped gym, gardens, nursery, and cafeteria.

Chahe Yerevanian, Chairman of Sayfco, said: “The tower is set to be the second tallest building in the Greater Beirut area.”

Yervanian said that FortyFour has a total market value of $200 million.

The project will include 15 high-speed elevators, a ten-meter high entrance lobby, an ample underground parking, and rooftop penthouses.
