Touairi Village, a 2.5 million square meter property development was launched. The project is composed of a large group of plots that are for sale as a residential hub.

The development is located near the town of Deir Kifa in the Tyr caza. It is 13 km east of Nabatieh, 75 minutes south of Beirut, and 500 meters above sea level.

The five siblings of the Noureddine family own the project and have completed the partitioning of 460,000 m2 of land, in August. This section has been divided into 245 lots that will be developed into a residential destination.

“Fifty of the 245 lots have been sold. Buyers have already started to develop villas on sold lots. The smallest of these plots each has an area of 1,200 m2 dedicated to building individual villas,” said Ahmad Noureddine, partner.

Owners of Touairi Village have supplied the properties with all the necessary infrastructure facilities. They have constructed roads with a width of at least ten meters, for partitioned and un-partitioned lots. “We have also installed sanitation and waste treatment stations throughout the Village,” he said.

Other infrastructure services such as water and electricity lines are provided. The project offers sport courts and green fields covering spaces of between 8,000 m2 and 31,000 m2.

The Noureddine family is not planning to sell the entire project. “We will sell less than half of the project to clients and develop the remaining parts ourselves,” he said.
