The Berkeley Hotel will reopen in December, following a $3 million renovation.

The restored three-star property located on Jeanne d’Arc Street, in Hamra will have seven above-ground floors, a ground level and an underground level. It consists of 45 units, including one- and two-bedroom suites and studios and a restaurant.

Built in 1992, the Berkeley Hotel is owned by Al Fanadeq SAL (part of the Mediterranée group of companies). The renovation is being managed by MedProperties, which belongs to the same group.

The hotel will preserve its three-star classification and will apply to Bureau Veritas for its certification, shortly after reopening.
