The Parisian Hotel in Ain El Mraisseh is adding a new building, to be named Parisan II.

The $3.5 million hotel will open by March 2015, said Omar Mosleh, General Manager of The Parisian. The hotel is owned by Tabet & Co., owned by Issam Tabet.

The new project will consist of ten aboveground floors, one ground floor, and four underground floors, three of which are parking levels. The hotel will encompass 39 rooms and suites, along with a conference room, a restaurant, and a rooftop bar. It will be a four star property.

Works on The Parisian II began in 2011. It is being built on a 500 square meter plot, with a total built-up area of 4,000 m2.

After finalizing works, The Parisian Hotel I and The Parisian Hotel II will have a combined 85 rooms and suites. “The business owners believe the region has a high tourism and real estate value, which makes investing here important for the longer term,” Mosleh said.
