Boutique hotel slated for Sin El Fil

Four-star property to open in 2016

A boutique hotel is being planned as part of the ‘Riverside 2404’ mixed-used, three-block project under development in the Kalaa Bsseinat neighborhood of Sin El Fil. It is expected to open to public by January 2016.

The hotel is being planned by owners Christine and Frederique Ozeir as a four-star property with 45 rooms. Christine Ozeir said that they have signed an agreement with a Brazilian management company, which will run the hotel.

The rest of the $10 million development consists of residential and commercial spaces. Riverside 2404 is being developed on a 2,700 m2 plot. Construction works began on the project three years ago, with the first phase expected to be delivered in April 2015.
