A multipurpose venue called ‘Venue Verde’ will open for business next week in Mansouriyeh.

The project is built over an 11,000 square meter plot rented from the ‘Waqf’ of Moussa Monastery (Deir Moussa). It consists of a 1,500 m2, indoor space, connected to a 1,200 m2 outdoor garden. It can host up to 1,500 guests. The venue offers exhibitions, conferences, events, and weddings facilities.

Investment in the project is around $2.5 million. It is owned by Mikhael Boutros and Joe Bou Dagher, who operate construction and air conditioning businesses in the Gulf.

“We are ready to host guests starting in the coming week,” said Tanios Boutros, General Manager.

Mansouriyeh has become an attractive destination for hospitality and food & beverage outlets during the last five years, the latest being the Zone venue.
