Shopping center
planned for Choueifat
Project to include
supermarket and restaurants

A mixed-use shopping center is expected to open in Choueifat, in late 2015. The mall will include a supermarket as the anchor tenant, as well as restaurants and retail outlets.

Investment in the mall, which is owned by Ameen Dakdouk, an entrepreneur with business interests in Africa, is around $2.5 million, excluding the value of the land. The mall has a total built-up area of 5,000 square meters, made up of three floors.

According to Rami Bou Ghannam, Project Engineer, Choueifat is becoming a shopping hub and is attracting many visitors.

Works began in 2013 by project designer, Architecture Engineering Office (AEO).
