The historic Jounieh restaurant, La Crêperie, reopened last week after a renovation launched in 2012. The restaurant was established in 1968.

It is now managed by Sky Management, which owns and runs Sky Bar and O1NE House of Entertainment.

“Sky Management has a long term leasing contract with Al Khazen family, the historic owners of the place,” said Abraham Helal, Business Development and Marketing Manager of Sky Management.

Sky Management, known for its nightlife businesses, extended its scope in 2013 by introducing Liza, a France-based Lebanese cuisine restaurant.

La Crêperie serves specialty dishes and a varied international and Mediterranean menu. It has a 550 indoor and outdoor seating capacity, in addition to a kids’ area that can accommodate up to 50.

Les Caves de la Crêperie, an underground space of the restaurant, is part of the second phase of the project and is scheduled to open at the end of the summer. The exterior and interior architecture of the entire place is conceived by Sari el Khazen Architects. La Crêperie’s interior decor was created by Maggy Monsef. Investment in the renovation was over $7 million.
