River and Sea resort to open in Keserwan

EET Invest, a newly established development firm, is launching works on the River and Sea resort in Nahr el Kalb, a tourist and residential project.

The resort will be made of 55 suites for sale, including hotel services, a 600 m2 lobby, gym, laundry, concierge, kids’ area, running track, and will be equipped with smart automation.

Angelo Hani, partner in EET Invest, said: “We will add all the specifications of a five-star hotel. Once construction is over, we will ask the Ministry of Tourism to inspect the location to give its accreditation.”

River and Sea has an area of 30,000 square meters, with a 13,500 m2 built-up area, and a 9,500 m2 sellable area. Units range between 70 m2 and 100 m2.

“Investments in the project reached $45 million,” said Hani.

The starting price of suites is $6,500 per square meter.
