Gate 1451, a commercial center in Zahle, is expected to open in the first quarter of 2018 in Hoch el Oumara, facing Star Gate.

It is owned by BA United Holding, a company established in 2007 and active in various industries, including real estate, F&B, and retail. BA United Holding is affiliated with DNA, an architectural consultancy and Dolmen, a contractor and project manager.

The center has a built-up area of 17,890 square meters. It will offer various retail outlets including best seller brands, such as Vero Moda. Investment in the project is around $10 million.

BA United Holding is behind the new chain of ‘The Spot’ malls, with The Spot Nabatiyeh, the upcoming The Spot Tayouneh, and The Spot Choueifat. As of August 1, Saida Mall will change its name to become part of The Spot chain of malls. “All of our malls will be under one umbrella, our aim is to have a network of malls,” said Rachid Massoud, Leasing Manager for BA United Holding. The Nabatiyeh mall was the first outlet to operate under ‘The Spot’ name brand. The tenant mix will remain the same.
