The committee will have a five year term, and includes five senior representatives of banking and supervising bodies. Oussama Mekdachi was appointed as president while Ahmad Safa, Amin Awad, Munir Lian, and Sami Azar were selected as members.

Amin Awad is the representative of the Association of Banks (ABL) in the committee while Munir Lian is the representative of the Lebanon National Deposits Guarantee Institution.
