A shopping center, owned by the Makassed Philanthropic Islamic Association, is now offered up for rent or sale, as a whole unit. It is part of the Hill Top Residence complex, a six residential blocks project, in Tallet El Khayyat, facing Ajialouna.

The 17,000 square meter shopping center consists of four floors, one of which will serve as a parking lot for 250 vehicles. According to Salah Karameh, Sales and Marketing Manager for Arabian Civil Work Company (ACW), project contractor, the mall has not yet been sectioned into retail spaces. “It is up to the buyers or the renters to partition it the way they want to and to choose the tenant mix,” he said.

Karameh said that the selling or leasing price of the project may only be revealed to serious potential buyers or renters. Comparatively, Gibran Mall, a similar-sized mall in Ghobeiri, had an investment cost of around $30 million.
