A complex of ten pubs and six restaurants will open this Thursday on Dbayeh’s coastal road, which is parallel to the highway.

Investment in the project is $4.5 million and occupies 4,200 square meters, with a built-up area of 1,200 m2.

Venture Group built and invested the complex’s premises on a rented plot. The company co-founded by Rabih Saba and Marwan Ayoub, developed Uruguay Street downtown, and the restaurant complex in Hazmieh.

“We always choose concepts that suit the targeted areas and their surroundings and we took into consideration that Dbayeh is a mature area, but we will bring the nightlife to it,” said Marwan Ayoub, managing partner.

Among the bars and restaurants to join the complex are Crepaway, Divvy, Lina's, Nasma, and The Mayor.

‘The Village’ will also consist of landscaped outdoors and terraces, in addition to a kids’ area. “It is a mix of the Uruguay Street and Hazmieh concepts,” said Rabih Saba, managing partner.
