78 Citea Apart Hotel to launch in Ashrafieh

The Citea Apart Hotel will launch early December on Alfred Naccache Street, Ashrafieh. Investment in the ten-floor project is around $10 million. The hotel is owned by Dolphin Real Estate which is Chaired by Ihsan El Kara.

The hotel comprises 78 rooms ranging between 30 and 90 square meters (m2).

It also includes a restaurant, rooftop lounge, five meetings rooms, and a gymnasium.

The rack rate starts at $210 per night. This rate falls to $93 when booking through an online reservation aggregator.

El Kara is also the owner of Dynagraph printing company.
