Boutique hotel to open on Batroun's seafront

A boutique hotel will open on Batroun's coast in late 2017. Antoine Abi Karam, the developer, said that an estimated $4 million will be invested. The four-star boutique hotel will comprise 28 rooms over five floors.

Abi Karam said that negotiations with a hotel management chain are under way .

“We still did not decide whether we will manage the hotel or hand it to a management company,” he said.

The location of the hotel was previously classified as an industrial zone, but changed to a touristic site under a new decree issued by the Cabinet.
