Property Sales Slightly Down

Total value of property transactions touches $4.33 billion in first 9 months of 2009

The total value of these transactions decreased by seven percent to $4.33 billion. The average value of a sales transaction remained unchanged at $78,150.

Property sales in Beirut decreased by 8.6 percent in numbers, and 3.6 percent in value, bringing the average transaction down by 5.5 percent.
