Summerland project receives incentives
The package deal exempts the project from the income tax

The deal includes exempting owners of the project from paying the income tax and the tax on dividend distribution for ten years. It also exempts the owners from real-estate registrations and insurance fees and it reduces license and work permit fees.

The package deal was approved by the council of ministers.

The Summerland project is commercial and residential project that has a total cost of $155 million, and it is expected to create 221 job opportunities.  It is headquartered in the Sheyah area and it will include a five star hotel, luxury suites, hotel rooms, restaurants, a gym, and a yacht and boat harbor.
