coming to Mazraat Yachouh
High-end brands to be offered

Centerfalls, a designer outlet mall, will open in October 2018 in Mazraat Yachouh in Metn.

The mall is owned by the development company SIDCOM, which was created especially for the Centerfalls project. The shareholders are Joseph Semaan, Mansour Charafeddine, Amir Charafeddine, and Ghassan Solh.

SMAG, a shopping mall advisory group, headed by Rony Aoun, is the project consultant.

Aoun said, “Centerfalls promises outlets for high-end brands.”

Investment in the project is estimated at $75 million, including the cost of the land which is estimated at $20 million.

The total built-up area of the mall is 57,000 square meters (m2). The Gross Leasable Area (GLA) is 20,000 m2. It comprises eight levels, four of which are for parking.

Centerfalls will offer an outdoor village shopping experience, and a rooftop area with an extended landscape and sea view.

Centerfalls will include a family entertainment center, a food court, restaurants and cafes, and a supermarket. It will comprise 180 retail units.
