Najem Development, the real estate development arm of Najem Group, the manufacturer of fine stone and marble, will open a mixed-use project ‘DC Time Square’ in Dhour Choueir in spring 2020.

The project will include a restaurant cluster and supermarket, as well as residential apartments.

The project is built on a 2,400 square meter (m2) plot of land, made up of three blocks. The total built-up area of the restaurant cluster is 2,000 m2. It will comprise 15 outlets.

Investment in the project is $6 million, excluding the cost of the land.

Shopping Mall Advisory Group (SMAG) is the consultancy firm operating the project.

“Dhour Choueir is increasingly growing as a touristic destination, attracting locals and foreigners all year round. The project is targeting people coming from Beirut as well as expatriates,” said Rony Aoun, SMAG’s Founder and CEO.

“Dhour Choueir is becoming a destination for people who want to eat out after visiting the ski slopes in Zaarour,” Aoun said.

The restaurant cluster will include well-known food and beverage brands.
