Tell to boost infrastructure investments with $1 billion

Tell Group, a private equity firm, announced the initial closing of its $100 million fund ‘Lebanon Infrastructure Fund’ which is focused on infrastructure investments in Lebanon.

The Fund will provide investors with access to direct investment in a portfolio of selected infrastructure and related sector projects at different stages of development.

Sectors that will be considered by the fund include transportation, water and irrigation, wastewater, electricity, telecommunications, solid waste, tourism, and industry.

The Fund is managed by the asset management subsidiary of Tell Group, which is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

The group said that it aims to raise a series of infrastructure funds focused on Lebanon and is targeting $1 billion in total.

Founded in 2015, Tell Group is a private equity and corporate advisory firm with a presence in Europe and MENA region.
