InfoPro has started a daily survey

The rate of the U.S. dollar to lira on foreign exchange (forex) counters was at LL1,700-1,715 for buyers and LL1,650-1,675 for sellers of the green currency.

InfoPro has initiated a daily survey of a sample of exchange counters that covered different areas of Greater Beirut. It will publish the rates daily until the rates stabilize.

The official exchange rate remains unchanged at banks. It is mandated by the Central Bank to average LL1,507.5 with a trading band at LL1,501-1,514.
