June 17, 2011- Real estate development company Capstone Investment Group recently launched its high-end residential project ‘Trabaud 1804’ tower on Trabaud Street in Ashrafieh.

Capstone is a well-established private investment firm whose activities focus on private equity investments in the real estate sector. Capstone’s board of directors consists of Ziad Maalouf (Chairman), Joseph Khawam, Wissam Maalouf, and Maurice Gemayel.

The demand for apartments in the project was healthy, as 50 percent of the tower has been pre-sold, despite the current stalemate in real estate activity, the report said.

The tower consists of 23 floors, with the first 10 floors composed of two apartments per floor of around 300 square meters each.

From floors 11 to 19, there is only one apartment per floor of 445 square meters. Two Penthouses are located on the 20/21 and the 22/23 floors with private terraces, swimming pools and roof gardens.
