Orkin is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atlanta-based, consumer services company, Rollins.

"Our expansion comes to meet growing demand for quality pest control services worldwide,” said Tom Luczynski, Orkin’s Vice President of International Development and Franchising.

The new franchise will focus primarily on commercial pest control. It will offer additional services as well, including residential and termite services.

The franchise is the sixth for Orkin in the Middle East, and the 13th international franchise.

The local franchise owner is Samer El Khoury.
